Sad Love Poems

Just Friends?

I love you more every day,
My name I long for you to say.
Do you know just how I feel?
Do you know this love is real?
Sometimes I wonder what you think.
When you hear my name, do your cheeks turn pink?
Do you dream about me every night?
Wish to hug me and hold me tight?
Do you think we're meant to be?
Together forever, you and me?
These are the questions that run through my mind,
Your way into my heart, you did find.
It drives me crazy as to what I should do,
Should I risk a friendship and confess to you?
Or should I keep my feelings inside,
Keep them locked up, let them hide?
I just don't know what to do anymore,
My heart it aches, my heart it's sore.
I love you more than you could know,
And I don't want to ever let you go.
So even if I'm just a friend,
I'll always love you until the end.

Lost Relationships Poems

Wish You Were Here

When all is quiet and I can't sleep, I think of you.
I sit here wondering just what I am going to do,
You don't want to be here and I can't be there,
Sometimes I am not sure that you even really care.
You listen to the rumors, even though its all lies,
But its your face I see every time I close my eyes,
All I want is for us not to have to live our lives apart,
I wish I could get you to understand, your my heart.
I don't know what love is, but I know I want you near,
Theres not a day that I don't wish that you were here.
I pray that soon you will find a way to come home,
So I am not sitting here awaiting our baby all alone.
I realize that your mind and soul are full of doubt,
But I can't pretend to understand what all that is about.
All I can do is hope that everything goes our way,
Praying that in the long run that we really will be OK.

Poems About Depression

Shame (unfinished)

Shame.
That is all I
feel.
When you Scream at Me.
Do you not see it?
This shame I now am.
Writing in my eyes,
As shame streaks
the dirt off my face
hidden in
Salty tears.
Shame shakes my body
As I rock back and forth.
Shame is loud,
in my now deaf ears
Shattering my body
Shame escapes my lips.
With heart wrenching sobs

Sad Love Poems

Ivory Black

I fell in love with a girl,
Who's heart was Ivory Black,
My life began to unfurl,
And quickly fell off track.

I realized her love was an illusion,
A far, ever distant mirage,
And I've come to the conclusion,
Her love was a barrage.

A barrage of evil hate,
Sent to saturate my soul,
My heart her pain did desecrate,
But my love's now on parole.

On parole from her evil hold,
Running to never look back,
In search of a heart of Gold,
And not one of Ivory Black.

When I find this Golden love,
One I've searched for, for so long,
My soul will fly free, like a dove,
Into a heart where I belong.

I'll then bury her heart in the ground,
And remove it's evil seeds,
So it can't grow or ever be found,
As forever, Ivory Black it bleeds.

Sad Poems

Grieving And Loss
This Deady Week

Death Always Comes In Threes
But Why All Three In Just One Week
The Three I've Seen Were Enough
To Finish My Whole Year
I Cannot Take Another Death
For More Death Is All I Fear
Fearing It Shall Come Again
I'll Lock Myself Away
With All The Pain I've Felt This Week
If Another Set Comes My Way
I Cannot Say I Could Deal With Another Day

Sad Love Poems

Crying

I know I promised I'd never make you cry;
I know it hurts but please dry your eyes.

I will give to you whatever you need;
A hug, a kiss, just tells me please.

To see you cry is a terrible sight;
Just let me love you and I'll hold you tight.

I'll do anything you want to make you proud;
I'll climb the highest peak and yell your name aloud.

I love you to much to see you cry;
Please sweetheart don't say goodbye.

Don't push me away I must stay near;
To gently wipe away your tears.

If we must truly say goodbye;
One more time just close your eyes.

And let us share one final kiss;
For you are the love, I will forever miss.

Sad Love Poems

Every Season

Tonight,
I tried to
As much as I could
Write some nice words about you.
But my pen froze
As soon as I wrote,
I love you.
When I asked for the reason
The pen said,
She doesn't deserve your love,
Like the colors of the leaves
She changes every season.

Sad Love Poems

Teach Me To Let Go

Teach me to stop caring
When I think of what we were
Teach me to stop crying
When I see you there with her

Show me how to live again
When you're not here with me
Show me how to fight the fact
That we're not meant to be

Tell me that I'll be alright
And my life will be okay
Without you right here by my side
To hold my hand each day

Let these teardrops wash away
Don't let this heartbreak last...
Let me let go like you did
For you've forgotten me so fast

About Death
Land of concrete

Can you feel,
how the air has gotten colder?
Can you see,
How the day has gotten darker?
Tormentend lies,
no point to try,
cant save yourself,
from your tragic goodbye.

Lay down,
in box of frabric,
you'll soon melt away,
in its comfort of maddness,
Deeper and deeper,
they let you go,
soon you'll be trapped in the land of the unknown,
no chance to move,
no voice to speak,
your now part of the world of the concrete,

Not done yet)

HIDE

In my most bizarre dreams
I see my own reflection.
My pale, plastic skin
Peeling by the corners of my smile.
Deception.
pull it back like a plaster.
Pull it fast.
Reveal that wound behind
The crinkled lined
And worn down skin,
Smelling its falseness,
Rotting within.
I wake from my most bizarre nightmare,
My true fear is to feign.
Hiding all I feel
And smiling through the pain.

Lost Relationships
Nevermore

Broken hearts are piling up at my door
Love around here is nevermore
Tormented, broken and teased and forgotten
That's the pain that I've been put through

Turning down ever offer that was given to me
Sometimes, I wish they would let me be
Only if they could see hurt behind my eyes
To love, I say goodbye

Every relationship that I've been in has been a lie
Sometimes, I told the men to die
Only because they're wasting their time
Treating me like I was nothing
Stripping my pride and tearing away my world

I will never trust again
All because of these filthy men

Hoping you're here

Wanted to be alone,

wanted to run away hoping and hoping that the pain will fade away.

The pain is inside i can't hardly breathe and i am pretending that everything ok.

Come close here beside me you might notice it.

A lost love will always have hope to be found, not this love, it was burnt to the ground, believing in ash can be insanely sound, dust to dust as it returns to the ground, having hope in the perished was the fault that brought me down, like russian roulette with a lethal round, fatal and wounded like having faith in a cloud, just because it lifted me up doesnt mean it would hold me down, hide the tears behind the mask, legend of a clown fallen from grace, forfiet of the crown.
