Never The Same
She hasn't heard from him
In so long...so long
As she wonders yet again
If in his heart, she even belongs.
Once a love so good and sincere
But something has long broken
Though neither are blameless
With too many thoughts unspoken.
And though she'll carry him
Wherever she may roam
Feeling consumed and exhausted
But her heart is still his home.
And she'll never be the same...
